Like Lian, I was a high school teacher for 30 years. I knew nothing except running my entire day from one thing to the next. When I retired my whole world shattered and it took me several years to learn how to just be. Mindfulness, of course, helped me immensely-thanks for this topic. Sorry I was out for the 4th this week. No need to fill time, and being anxious for the future but to just be, that I may see. So much to be thankful for in this holiday here in the states. I thank spirit.❤ Link to review
